Whole Life Challenge

Time to get back on the nutrition wagon!  Or if you have always been on stay aboard and push a bit harder.  The Whole Life Challenge is right around the corner.  This is always a great challenge and allows you to work on multiple aspects of yourself in an 8 week span.  Push your self to be better and more than what you are now.  We are also going to have a draft and not only will you compete against each other individually but you will be placed on a coaches team and we will compete against each other.
