On Paper, On Purpose

I straight up stole that line from Dave Ramsey.  But it's ok because I'm using it in different context!  He uses that term discussing money and setting a budget.  I am referring to getting your butt in the gym consistently.  The only way to do that is to MAKE it a priority.  It will not happen on its own, you have to make it happen.  Put it on a calendar, write it on a sticky note, plan it on your iphone or whatever you do to stay on schedule with life.  It has to be on there just like anything else or it will fall by the way side.  Put it on paper and make be on purpose and you will have success.
