Extra Conditioning/Olympic Lifting Programs

In the mood for some extra work!?  You should be!  We already have additional Oly work on Wodify daily that Andy puts up.  Now we also have some extra conditioning work.  This is a conditioning track Austin is heading up and is designed as simple, straight forward conditioning.  This is a no a no frills, and no barbells program.  This is perfect for using as simply extra work getting ready for the Open which is only a few months away but also as an alternative during times when the class met con is not appropriate due to injury or other extenuating circumstances.
