Kickin' It Old School

Today we are getting after some old school CrossFit work.  Starting with the classic "CrossFit Warm Up" Followed by "Filthy Fifty". This is a great classic chipper that will test your current level of fitness as well as your will to continue to push through.  50 Reps of anything isn't hateful but with 10 movements it is a mental grind.  Get after it, have fun and Happy Thanksgiving.
