What Is CrossFit?

CrossFit started as the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. Since then it has evolved to be an all-inclusive fitness program for people of any athletic capability.

Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Combat, survival, many sports, and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist.

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.

The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. Our armed forces, skiers, mountain bike riders and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen.

Membership Rates:

Month to Month: 185$/Month
3 Month Membership: 155$/Month
12 Month Membership: 135$/Month
18 Month Membership: 125$/month

Alpha Nutrition Systems:

Alpha: 100$/month (CFTS Members)/125$/month (Non Members) Includes custom macro plan, shared monitoring of progress and daily tracking, coach check-ins every 8-12 days, unlimited support emails/text. This will also allow you access to CFTS Performance programming as well.

Bravo: 50$/month (CFTS Members)/75$/month (Non Members) Includes custom macro plan, shared monitoring of progress and daily tracking, 1 coach check-in every 4 weeks, 1 email check-in weekly.

Performance: 25$/Month

Private Training: 40$/hour

Self Defense:

9 Month Agreement: 99$/month
3 Month Agreement: 115$/month
Month to month: 125$/month

Family Membership: 235/monthly (12 month membership)
Student Discount: 99$/Month to month
**Student = Full time (12 credit hour or higher) under the age of 25 years old**
LEO/FIRE/MIL/EMS Discount: 11% off any individual membership plan

I'm new to CrossFit. What should I expect?

When you first come to CrossFit Tactical Strength, you’ll start out with a free intro session, where you come in to meet us, chat with our coaches, and talk with a trainer about your goals.

Is CrossFit dangerous?

With inexperienced coaches, shoddy equipment and the wrong attitude, CrossFit can be dangerous – but so can riding your bike or driving your car. The experienced and proven CrossFit coaches you’ll find at our facility will ensure that you’re training in the safest, most effective and efficient way possible.

What's a WOD?

A WOD is the workout of the day. We program a different WOD everyday.
