Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! We scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time.

CrossFit Tactical Strength offers a wide range of personal workout programs to help you achieve your ideal body. Your personal trainer will develop an exercise regimen suited specifically for you, whether your goal is to gain muscle or lose weight.
Designed for added volume for the CrossFit Athlete to use 1-2 sessions weekly to round out imbalances in training as well as to focus on specific weaknesses or goals. Performance tracks are posted twice weekly. Performance class is offered 3 times weekly rotating specialty classes every 4 weeks.
Our Strongman classes aim to provide an unconventional approach to what would normally just be another weightlifting class. Through Strongman, you will learn that any odd object can be used as a strengthening tool. Focusing on building systemic strength and correct muscular imbalances, this class is for people that want to get into shape without having to worry about barbells again.
Our breathing classes aim for one thing specifically, to help you breathe better. You might not even know that you are not using the optimal breathing protocols to fully regulate your breathing, but it is all taught in this class. Also focusing on how to down regulate, recover more effectively, and specific AM and PM breathing exercises, our breathing class will help you recover your breath in no time.
Build strength, coordination, balance and flexibility in our gymnastics class! If you want to build your core, there’s no better (or more exhilarating) way to do it than with gymnastics. Holding yourself upside down, flipping, using rings and bars and all the other fun things we do in class will help you gain the superhuman strength gymnasts are famous for.
Our Barbell class utilizes two different types of weightlifing together to create an entirely new class, that not only shocks your muscles, but helps you reach peak fitness in no time. First in Powerlifting, you’ll be pushed to your limits in lifting more than you ever thought possible. Then in Olympic Weightlifting, you’ll be trained on the finer aspects of the weightlifting cycles that will have you ready to crush those WODs in an instant.

At its core, Yoga Tune Up addresses the three P’s: pain, posture, and performance. Each practice is a blend of traditional yoga asana and corrective exercise principles, which focus on joint mobility and stability. Therapeutic self-massage techniques using specially designed therapy balls enhance this unique combination of stretching, mobilization, and guided breath work. Recover harder! This 30-minute class utilizes Roll Model Method®, Yoga Tune Up®, and CrossFit Movement and Mobility practices to aid in workout recovery. This is not a yoga class. Largely based on attendee input, you can expect therapy ball and down-regulating guided breath work in this relaxing practice. Calming interpretive dance provided by certified RMM practitioner, Tiffany Holmes.
